Dear Friends of the EBC,<\/p>\n

While it is still difficult to foresee the end of the COVID-19 outbreak in Japan and in other parts of the world, governments are already implementing a variety of measures to provide relief to businesses and stimulate the economy to avoid an economic recession.<\/p>\n
