Now Japan reopened its borders, the European Business Council is investigating to better understand the difficulties encountered by European companies and investors to do business in Japan. For this purpose, we are launching a survey, with a very simple structure, it will take you 7 minutes to fill in the questionnaire. Your responses have a great importance for the improvement of our future business environment in Japan. Thank you for completing the survey by November 14th.
One of the main activities of the EBC is to monitor the Japanese business environment. The EBC White Paper, now digital, compiles all issues faced by European industry and provides recommendations addressed to the Japanese Government for improving the situation. On 24 November, the EBC invites you to the launching of the 2022 White Paper. Haitze Siemers, Deputy Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Japan, and Michael Mroczek, President of the EBC Board, will open the Briefing. Six representatives of our committees will in detail present and explain the issues and recommendations that cover their respective sector.
