On 21 April, the EBC took advantage of the presence in Japan of Mr. Niedermark, Member of the Executive Board of the Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie & former CEO of the German Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and Mr. Beyrer, Director General of BusinessEurope, to organise a talk on the challenges facing Europe today.
On 10 May from 9:00am, the EBC Logistics & Freight Committee will hold a meeting at the EBC (also remote option). Space.Japan, a project created by the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation with the aim to support cooperation in Space-related Industries both upstream and downstream, and a promising startup from Portugal, Spotlite, are pleased to invite you to a webinar in English: “Risk Monitoring from Space” on 10 May 2023, 17:00-17:30.
The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) has compiled a research of “Case Studies Relating to the use of Inbound M&A Transactions – Case Studies of Japanese Companies that Leveraged Foreign Capitals for Corporate Reforms, Management Enhancement and Dramatic Growth”. METI will also organise an online briefing to explain this research on 17 May.
