EBC Constitution

  • All EBC activities shall comply with the following compliance rules:
    • At the meeting you shall not exchange any information that could result in the violation of any laws and regulations, in particular, the antimonopoly act of japan and other international competition laws and regulations.The information the participants shall not exchange includes, without limitation, any confidential information, trade secrets, non-public information on intellectual property rights, pricing and price calculation information, timing of price amendments, sales details, manufacturing information, service and other corporate expense information, non-public information on sales turnover and profit margins, sales forecasts, distribution practices, terms and conditions of agreements with customers, marketing strategies, information on solicitation of customers, designation and allocation of markets and customers, manufacturing and production procedures.
