  • Prepare for the EU–Japan Digital Policy Dialogue (scheduled for next spring)
  • Invite Peter as a guest speaker for the first session (after 15 January 2026)
  • Compile a participant list (name, company, title)
  • Organize a workshop (Mission, Vision, Values, Action Plan, etc.)
  • Decide annual meeting frequency (set schedule at the beginning of the year)
  • Conduct online/virtual meetings (proposed: Tuesday, 09:00 JST)
