Mr. Michael Mroczek, President of the EBC, had the pleasure to handover the 2020 White Paper, “Strengthening Partnerships, in crisis and opportunity alike”, to Mr. Kunihiko Kawazu, Deputy Assistant Minister, Deputy Director-General, European Affairs Bureau at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
