| Dear Friends of the EBC,
We would like to warmly welcome the new EU Ambassador-Designate to Japan, H.E. Mr. Jean-Eric Paquet, who submitted copy of his credentials on 6 September (and will present his credentials to His Majesty the Emperor of Japan at a later date).
We are looking forward to working with him and his team to promote an impediment-free business and investment environment that will make it less difficult and costly to do business in Japan.
